• Your real name, date of birth, and contact details must be provided at registration.
• Keeping the account password secure is the sole responsibility of the user.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to b499 Support immediately.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be required.

3. Age Restrictions

The b499 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is completely prohibited. Age is verified at registration. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• If an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b499. Violations may result in permanent account closure and possible legal action:

8. Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time. To request self-exclusion, contact b499 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded after verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

B499 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet outages, or any other circumstances. The financial risk of gaming and betting is borne entirely by the member. b499 cannot guarantee game outcomes.

B499 makes no guarantees of winnings. Gaming is for entertainment — not investment. All members are encouraged not to spend beyond their means.
